Chimichangas

  • tortilla wraps
  • onion
  • chicken breast
  • tomatoes
  • kidney beans
  • paprika
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chili
  • lettuce
  • crème fraîche
  • corn
  • cheese

Fry the chopped onion, the chicken breast pieces, the chopped tomatoes, the kidney beans and the sliced paprika and season everything with salt, pepper and chili. Fill the tortilla wraps with crème fraîche, the mixture made before, some lettuce, corn and cheese and fold the wrap like a burrito. Stack all the wraps in a baking dish, put some cheese on it and bake it for about 30 minutes at 180°C.

You can eat the chimichangas with guacamole, nachos or sweet potatoe fries and enjoy a mojito with it.
