Ingredients for 1 liter of miso soup
- 3 tbsp miso paste
- 2 tbsp sesame
- roasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp chili-bean-sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 1 onion
- ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic
- salt
- white pepper
Heat all the ingredients and put the broth in a bowl. You can use meat, bean sprouts, bamboo sprouts, sesame, vegetables, egg, seaweed, shiitake or prawns as a topping. But the most important thing in your ramen are the noodles.
