Freeze one or two bananas the day before. Blend the bananas together with some plant based milk, berries and some lemon juice. If you like it a bit sweeter, you can add dates or honey. Fill the mixture in a bowl and top it with any kind of fruits, nuts or seeds.
Instead of berries, you can also use other ingredients, such as mango, dragon fruit, acai or green vegetables.
